These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Ketsise Travel and Tours ("Company") and its clients ("Client" or "You"). By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and proof of payment is submitted.
2.2 Payment Deadline: The full balance must be settled 1 month prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
2.3 Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, you must find a replacement. If no replacement is found, the money paid is forfeited.
2.4 Bookings and deposits cannot be transferred to another person or to another trip.
2.5 Proof of Payment: Send POP immediately after payment so your funds can be allocated. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive POP.
2.6 Name List & Transport: Once the name list and transport allocations are sent, no swaps will be allowed to avoid confusion. If you want to be on the same transport, please pay together.
2.7 Late Arrivals: Clients must adhere to meeting and departure times. If you are late and miss transport, you will not be refunded. You may make your own arrangements to meet us at the destination at your own cost, or forfeit your booking.
2.8 No refunds or date exchanges will be done if you are unable to attend for any reason beyond our control.
Ketsise Travel and Tours provides local travel and tour services for individuals and families within South Africa.
4.1 Bank Transfer / EFT / Cash Deposit
4.2 We do not accept cardless payments.
4.3 We do not accept PayShap as a payment method.
4.4 Reference: Always use Your Full Name + Event Name as reference.
5.1 The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or transport disruptions.
5.2 Luggage: Clients are responsible for their own luggage. Open-air trailers are exposed to dust, rain, and friction. Please pack accordingly.
5.3 Each passenger is only allowed to carry a 20kg bag. More than that will require an extra fee.
5.4 Travel Documents: The traveler is responsible for ensuring valid ID, passport, visas, and health certificates. We bear no liability for denied entry or missed trips due to inadequate documentation.
6.1 A R100 cash breakage deposit per person is payable on the day of departure. It is fully refundable upon damage-free checkout.
6.2 Major damages will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
6.3 For group bookings, the person who made the booking will be held liable for damages caused by their group.
6.4 You are liable for any damage or breakage you cause to transport, venue, or equipment.
7.1 By attending, you agree that photos/videos may be used by Ketsise Travel and Tours for marketing.
7.2 Your personal info will only be used for booking, communication, and safety. We will not share your details without consent, except where required by law.
8.1 All payments are non-refundable.
8.2 If you cancel for any reason, you will forfeit all money paid.
8.3 The Company may cancel/postpone due to weather, low numbers, or safety. In this case, an alternative date will be offered.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting or notification to clients.
